A FORMER Sydney millionaire, who faked his death to share a $3.5 million insurance payout with his wife and daughter will be sentenced in Raymond Terrace Local Court on Thursday next week. Harry Bentley Gordon, 57, who faced court yesterday, has pleaded guilty to conspiring with the two women to defraud AMP Insurance of $3.5 million, falsely staging his death in the Karuah River on June 3, 2000, and two counts of having false Australian passports.
